3 – Swimming Pool – Cool off in our pool, surrounded by lush tropical greenery and lounge chairs for ultimate relaxation.

4 – Shared Kitchen Rancho – A fully equipped, open-air kitchen perfect for preparing meals, enjoying fresh local ingredients, and connecting with fellow travelers. Features include:

1 – First-Come, First-Choice – Bunks are assigned on a first-come, first-choice basis. The matrimonial bed is reserved for two solo travelers who wish to share.

2 – Community Atmosphere – Brisa Bunkhouse is a shared space, perfect for budget-conscious travelers, surfers, and adventurers looking to connect. Be respectful of fellow guests, keep personal belongings tidy, and enjoy the camaraderie of a true traveler’s retreat.

3 – Poolside Relaxation – Brisa is steps from the pool, providing easy access to a refreshing swim anytime. Enjoy the loungers, tropical greenery, and shared community vibe.

4 – Surf Experience – Our beachfront location offers incredible waves right out front, best at mid to high tide. Experienced surfers will love the powerful outside break, while beginners can catch waves on the inside or explore nearby mellow surf spots. Please note: No lifeguard on duty.

5 – Wi-Fi Access – Enjoy property-wide Wi-Fi, but occasional slow speeds or outages may occur—just part of the Costa Rican lifestyle.

6 – Eco-Friendly & Sustainability Focused – We provide recycling bins (poolside) for glass, plastic, cans, and paper, as well as a composting system (coming soon!). Help us keep Costa Rica beautiful.

7 – Pet Policy – Brisa is not pet-friendly, but our private rooms welcome furry friends. If traveling with pets, check out our Luna, Sol, or Nube apartments for pet-friendly accommodations.

8 – Sliding Doors & Humid Climate – Due to our beachfront setting, some doors may stick at times. If you need assistance, Davis or I are happy to help.
