• Shared Kitchen Rancho (COMING SOON): Prepare meals or snacks in our fully equipped, open-air kitchen—perfect for cooking fresh local ingredients or enjoying a casual meal with other guests.
• Temporary Setup: Poolside room #4 is equipped with a coffee machine, drinking water, microwave, refrigerator, mugs, glasses, and utensils for your convenience.
• Outdoor Lounge Areas: Relax in shaded seating spaces, ideal for your morning coffee, a good book, or unwinding after a day of adventures.
• Surf & Gear Storage: Secure your surfboards and other equipment in our convenient storage area.

1. Private Balcony: Enjoy your private beachfront balcony, the perfect spot to relax with stunning ocean views, refreshing breezes, and unforgettable sunsets.
2. Surf Experience: The wave directly in front of the property is perfect for seasoned surfers. Beginners can find gentler breaks nearby or enjoy the tranquil tidepools. Please note: There is no lifeguard on duty.
3. Wi-Fi: Property-wide Wi-Fi is available, though occasional interruptions may occur—a small part of the Costa Rican charm.
4. A/C in Viento: Stay cool with air conditioning in Viento, but we encourage you to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze as well.
5. Pet-Friendly: We’re happy to host your furry companions! Additional fees apply, and we kindly ask pet owners to follow these guidelines:
• No pets on beds, bedding, or furniture.
• Please bring a pet bed or blanket to keep your pets comfortable while maintaining cleanliness for future guests.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive hair, damages, or pet messes.
• Benito & Jack, our friendly on-site dogs, love making new friends and are always excited to meet visiting pets!
6. Sliding Glass Doors: Due to the beachfront environment, the sliding glass doors may occasionally stick. If you experience any difficulty, Davis or I are happy to assist.

Our beachfront location offers a dynamic mid-tide beach break that attracts surfers from around the globe. Best surf conditions occur 3 hours before and after high tide, providing a consistent and versatile wave for all levels.

For experienced surfers, the outside break delivers powerful, clean waves with plenty of room to carve. Beginners will love the inside whitewater, perfect for learning and building confidence while staying close to shore.
